General Terms

☁︎ Payment is through Ko-Fi, with $USD paid upfront. You can pay using Paypal, Stripe, Apple Pay, or Credit Card.
☁︎ You will not use the commission for commercial use.
☁︎ The commission is for personal use only.
☁︎ 2 major revisions are allowed before final product.
☁︎ Credit for creation of the commission must be directed to me.

Disclaimer

☁︎ I will post all my commissions online. If you do not want your commission posted please let me know.
☁︎ Though not often, I may stream commissions as work. If you do not want your commission streamed, please let me know.
☁︎ I have the right to decline a commission at any point during the process. If I decline your commission request, any images sent to you are no longer within your ownership.
☁︎ Chargebacks are prohibited. Any chargebacks will result in the blacklisting of your name and the publishing of our messages to the public. You no longer own the art created and DMCA takedowns will be executed.

☁︎ a new character design from scratch

Cancellation / Refund Policy

☁︎ If you cancel the commission during the sketching phase, you will be fully refunded.
☁︎ If you cancel the commission during or after the lineart/color flats stage, there will be no refunds.
☁︎ If I cancel the commission at any point, you will be notified right away and be refunded in full.

☁︎ I will send low-resolution process images that include a sketch, lineart (skipped if lineless), and color flats. You will be informed of which phase the commission is currently in.
☁︎ If you desire revisions, it is preferred to ask for them before the final product is given
☁︎ I will email to you the full resolution of the image in 300DPI .PNG format
