*Understand that these timeframes will be the moment I START on your commission, NOT the moment you pay. Wait time between messages for approval from you is also not taken into account.Commissions WILL NOT continue into the next stage without commissioner approval, therefore the longer it takes to get a response from you, the longer the commission timeframe is.

General Terms

☁︎ "I" & "me" refers to the artist, Rainboopz. "You" refers to the commissioner. "WIP" refers to Work in Progress artwork. "Skeb" refers to surprise style art.
☁︎ Email is required for communication.Payment
☁︎ Payment is through VGen, with $USD paid upfront. You can pay using Paypal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Credit/Debit Card.
☁︎ There are no express payment or payment plans.Revisions
☁︎ 2 major revisions are allowed before final product.
☁︎ Examples include changing poses, whole outfits, and color schemes.Use
☁︎ You will not use the commission for commercial use.
☁︎ The commission is for personal use only.Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights
☁︎ Credit for creation of the commission must be directed to me.
☁︎ You do not own the copyright nor commercial license for the artwork and WIPs provided.

Disclaimer

☁︎ You are only purchasing my labor as an artist for the commission, not the copyright or commercial license of the commissioned image itself.*
☁︎ Unless indicated otherwise in the proposal, I have the right to display the commission/artwork on my socials and/or portfolio.
☁︎ I will post all my commissions online. If you do not want your commission posted please let me know.
☁︎ Though not often, I may stream commissions as work. If you do not want your commission streamed, please let me know.
☁︎ I have the right to decline a commission at any point during the process. If I decline your commission request, any images sent to you are no longer within your ownership.
☁︎ Chargebacks are prohibited. Any chargebacks will result in the blacklisting of your name and the publishing of our messages to the public. ☁︎ beast/creature designs
☁︎ suggestive or NSFW
☁︎ drawing soley based on a written description
☁︎ a new character design from scratch
☁︎ real people
☁︎ for NFTs (Non-fungible Tokens)
☁︎ for AI (Artificial Intelligence)

Cancellation / Refund Policy

☁︎ If I as the artist cancel the commission at any point, you will be notified right away and be refunded in full.
☁︎ Cancellations by me may due to personal preference, timing complications, or encounters with prohibited behaviors.
☁︎ If you cancel the commission during the sketching phase (including Skeb style), you will be fully refunded.
☁︎ If you cancel the commission during or after the lineart/color flats stage or see after seeing the final product for Skeb style, there will be no refunds.

Prohibited Behaviors

☁︎ I have the right to cancel the commission at any point, especially in regards to inappropriate usage of my artwork.It is PROHIBITED to:
☁︎ falsely claim credit of art labor
☁︎ use my art for NFTs
☁︎ use or feed my art into AI
☁︎ enhance my art using AI tools
☁︎ edit my art without my knowledge*
☁︎ use or edit my art to include discriminatory, sexual explicit, or graphic/violent content
☁︎ cancel an ongoing commission and pass on a WIP artwork for other artists to finish
☁︎ use my art commercially if a license or agreement has not been given_{*exceptions include cropping or resizing images to fit screen, social media, or printing guidelines}

Communication

☁︎ Have a question? Email me at [email protected] or DM on VGen.
☁︎ Main communication is email.
☁︎ I will return to your message in 1-3 business days and send a proposal and invoice.
☁︎ I will send low-resolution process images that include a sketch, lineart (skipped if lineless), and color flats. You will be informed of which phase the commission is currently in.
☁︎ Commissions labeled as Skeb will not have communication via WIPs or progress updates. Instead, you will be notified when your commission has started and when the final product is finished.
☁︎ If you desire revisions, it is preferred to ask for them before the final product is given.
☁︎ I will email to you the full resolution of the image in 300DPI .PNG format.
